Anything else?
Over the past six weeks my mother in law has been in the Princes Unit. She was unco-operative and difficult throughout and feisty which was her way; she loved her family but never liked the rest of the world and boy didn't she let them all know. We watched and listened first hand at the constant care, understanding, patience, attention which was administered to her and also to other patients who when coming round from operations and on another planet prove difficult but not for this fabulous team; there was a constant stream of nurses/doctors/auxilliary staff which blew us away with their kindness and it was so natural as at times they were not aware we were still sitting with Mum but we heard their kindness and attention and how the team work together is commendable. Mum is now ready to say goodbye but thanks to the team it is in comfort and in her own unique way even she knew she was in the best hands. Hugs to all at the Princes Unit; too many to mention. Best Wishes Karen, Trevor and Peter x
