"Oral surgery at RD&E"

(as the patient),

I had a complicated wisdom tooth extraction where the root was connected to the sinus. The staff were so caring - I had a completely different experience to Janet123 (who has posted on Patient Opinion) who was at the same hospital and having the same procedure.

The nurses were extremely kind, even holding my hand during the painful and difficult bits, telling me I was doing well. The Staff Grade dental surgeon explained everything very thoroughly and she talked through the whole procedure explaining each step of the way. All 4 of the team were very supportive.

They were patient with me, as I had a lot of questions beforehand, and I came away feeling I had received treatment from a very caring team.
