Anything else?
I was told to go to Location LR1 OP ENT Bal L1. There is no map on the website showing the layout of the hospital and when I searched for LR1 OP ENT Bal L1, it said sorry it couldn't find it - NEITHER COULD I. It would be much better for all concerned if clear instructions were given in English and for the website to have a proper map showing the layout of the hospital with entrances etc.

Thank you for taking time to post your comments to us. We fully appreciate that using these abbreviations on patient appointment letters can cause unnecessary confusion. At the moment, standard appointment letters are generated from a central electronic system but a project is already underway to improve this, ensuring abbreviations are limited and terminology is fully explained to patients.
