I have been very pleased with the effort and assistance offered by nursing staff in the Department of Elderly Medicine in relation to my father's attendance at the Day Clinic. The nursing staff sorted out issues regarding getting his blood test results and in ensuring that his care was being progressed. They were also very good at keeping me informed and I greatly appreciated having a named person to contact with questions and concerns.
