What I liked

Nothing. Again.

What could be improved

Since this hospital botched the last few appointments due to incompetant admin staff and weak management, my friend has finally been offered an in-patient appointment.

They say it's next week on the 16th, but won't confirm if they will keep it. They expect us to schedule our lives around this date but think it's OK to cancel at the last minute on the day of the appointment if they again screw up.

As mentioned in my last comment, my friend is disabled and will require stretcher transport. They CLAIM they can't have me go with her as this counts as two patients and doubles the cost of transport, EVEN IF THERE IS A SPARE SEAT GOING ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She already cant trust this hospital and greatly fears going there - see my comment on 03/04/08 - but they insist on making things worse. Needless to say we are in talks with her MP over this and will see what happens.

IF, they allow this comment, I'll let you know if it goes well next week.
