"My care at ESH Redhill Surrey"

Big thankyou to the staff on SAU Nicky Patterson was very supportive, the ward hostess Jan made a great cup of tea.

I was informed that I would need a Xray and Ultrasound and later a CT scan no sooner had I been informed the porters arrived to take me to Xray and Ultrasound, I believe the porters name was Jason who acted very proffesional and was polite and put me at ease.

I was later admitted into Charlwood and was very surprised and the space and clenliness of the ward, breafast was good and frankie the cleaner was very attentive to his duties. Nursing staff are excellent and you should be proud of the service you provide to patients at East Surrey.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
