Seen last month. Was impressed by the out patient service. Took one and a half hours but within that time had my knee examined, Xray performed and then looked at by my surgeon, booked day surgery slot and had preop assessment at the day unit by nurse.
No wait to be seen in the clinic - though had early slot. I liked the consideration that I received and the friendly staff in the clinic. The surgeon did involve me in the decision making about whether to proceed to arthroscopy or do scan instead.
I know that parking can be a problem so set off a little early and parked off the hospital site about 150 metres away.
