I was treated in the women's suite of this hospital for quite an evasive procedure but I can not thank the health professionals enough. They were absolutely brilliant from the moment I walked into the clinic until I left. They were very clear on explaining my procedure, listened to me and answered all my questions. I was treated with the upmost dignity and care throughout my procedure then after been shown into a wash room which was extremely clean. I was able to get sorted in my own time after my procedure then was shown into a lovely space and comfy chair to have a cup of tea and had further opportunity to speak to the nurse and was handed a very informative fact sheet. Thank you so much for everything, I def made the right decision to be referred to this hospital.
