The staff do not work as a team and not many of them care about the patients or their families. My mother (aged 90) was either ignored or shouted at by one particular "nurse" who is a disgrace and should not be employed in any capacity at any hospital. PALS have been contacted but are not as swift as they should be in replying. I have had to put "don't know" in reply to the question "which department" because the stroke ward is not included.
