"my addiction and recovery at grantham addaction"

About: Addaction Grantham

(as the patient),

When walking through the door at Addaction Grantham, it was 4. 55pm and it was either this or suicide. They have helped me so much and are all very caring. I don't agree with workers doing paperwork as you talk to them. It can be perceived they have not been listening to you.

Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased that you met with a a caring response from the workers you encountered.

I apologise that you felt the requirements to complete paperwork spolit this experience and it would be useful to meet with you in person to discuss this further. Staff have certain forms, such as a confidentiality agreement, that have to be completed before we start working with you and the gathering of information about each client is crucial, to ensure that we are offering the best help possible to each individual.

Please contact Jo Finch on 01476 512 950 or ask to see me when you are next in our building, as I would really like to improve the service we offer based on your opinions.
