"Hinchbrooke Hospital Birch Ward May 2011 & April ..."

Anything else?

My Very hearty thanks to the surgeon and his nurse practitioner. Also thanks to all the staff on Birch Ward who did help my recovery. To the doctor and her assistant who gave me my pain free epidural, they were both very kind. To another member of staff in recovery and the nursing staff they and myself had a laugh whilst my toes "came to life". The porters who wheeled me and my bed to the theater and x-ray, the girls in the x-ray depatrment all charming. I needed to go to Hinchingbrooke last Monday I had a susspect D.V.T the doctor was very king as was the triarge Nurse. Wednesday I went for physio then we had lunch in the resturant that was very good and nicely served too. Then we went to the Ultra sound dept where I had an Ultra sound thank goodness no DVT was found even the nurses were a happy bunch. Then today my six week check up with the consultant, he's a gent but he enjoys a laugh a charming man but he too enjoys a laugh. I just wish people would give praise but people prefere to moan and groan. UGH Thanks again Hinchingbrooke for all the care you shoed to me and my partner Peter x x x sandy speechley
