Hello I am 14 and was admitted to a&e after being involved in a road accident. I was really scared as I had never been to hospital before but the staff at the royal Preston were great. The ambulance paramedics were great and put me at my ease! They were nice-looking too! Fortunately I wasn't as badly injured as first feared, my leg was broken in 2 places and I had to stay in for observation. my mum, dad and brother were really impressed with the hospital staff, you all did a great job. love Vicki xxx
