What I liked

Had a very good experience, addmitted 2nd December and since been in for an operation, superb care, Doctor's very thorough explained everything, still have more treatment to come but we have every confidence in the care given so far.

Been to A&E twice since December and also great care etc given, had to wait a bit but everyone was working out flat as both times a Saturday.

The staff were having to put up with drunks abuse from people who so rude and impatient etc, but they coped with great skill.

What could be improved

The only thing I feel could be changed is the way you have to book appointments, few computer problems I think experianced by all.
