I have been under the care of Bart's and the Royal London for almost three years now. I have been treated extremely well and always with courtesy. If anything is wrong, it is in the contacting of patients from the appointments team. They seem to be a bit slow sometimes. However, department secretaries/administrators appear to have this covered, albeit at the last minute! All of the Medical Professionals I have met have been excellent ambassadors of the hospital and of the profession! I know I am in safe hands when I attend any of the hospitals in the group. I give 10/10 for the London Chest/ The Royal London/ St Bartholomew's. And I am very happy to endorse them as excellent examples of NHS care.
