What I liked

The friendliness of the staff was very reassuring. Help is always at hand. The hospital is generally pleasant and reasonably relaxing. General cleanliness is good throughout.

What could be improved

The times at which outpatients are seen do not relate very well to booked appointment times. Often there is up to two hours waiting. Seating is usually not appropriate to long waits.

The telephone system obviously economises on operators, who have been replaced with button pushing choices, and there are longish delays in getting through to a required department.
