What I liked
Delivery suite staff were superb, rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable. Our daughter is now 5, but the culture and quality should be intact. I had a hernia fixed in day surgery with no problems at all last year. Mother in law's Chemotherapy (and total barrier nursing) worked very well and she's still alive (after initially being give 5 weeks to live).
What could be improved
Friends have had C Diff. I came out with a post-op infection a few years ago. Mother in law couldn't bathe in her isolation room because the only shower was effectively a public loo.
Food disgusting.
