What I liked
This comment pertains to my experience(s) at the Clare Simpson clinic.
While in the clinic itself I've found every member of staff, from the front-line receptionist to the doctors and nurses, to be most helpful, efficient and highly courteous. I've had full clarity on test results and available appointments, and a very comprehensive level of medical service and of attentiveness to my needs. The roles of the staff are very well-coordinated.
What could be improved
The level of telephone service really needs drastic improvement - if a change of appointment is needed, I cannot get through to a human operator. Most of the time I get diverted to a voicemail service, and on occasion even the voicemail storage is full and I cannot leave a message. The only way to reliably change an appointment is to pay a visit to the hospital, at £4 car parking cost even for a 10-minute visit!
