About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My mum was taken to the MEAU. She had to wait 4 hrs for pain relief and staff didn't seem to care. She was being told one thing by the doctors and another thing by nurses.

Instead of compassion or care from any of the nursing staff she met, my mum was spoken to like she was 5 which I think is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this to family or friends
