Good parking for the disabled

Lovely paramedics from the ambulance service 10/10, they where brilliant.

What could be improved

Spent last evenig with Mum at A&E, tonight ambulance had to take her in with irregular heart beats and palpitations, she is disabled and aged 85.. Waited for 4 hours, did not see a doctor, no one could tell us what was happening, No order, no system, no communication, no one in charge, left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. In desperation, she discharged herself, no one was going to help her at A&E Barnet. Why can such a good hospital as Barnet run a 3rd world A&E department. Please communicate with us, let us know what you will do with us when, it's the not knowing that is a nightmare. You wait, and wait and see people going home that came in after you, The staff seem stressed and unable to cope with the work, or totally inexperienced and as lost as the patients.

WE tried to get help, we asked what was happening, but we got nowhere, because no one knew.

Shame on you A&E .........my cat gets better treatment at the vets.
