I've been here a couple of times now; the staff are friendly and helpful, and the two consultants I've seen were thorough, professional, and wonder of wonders, actually knew what the issues were, without me having to explain them in great detail. The only problem is the waiting time - both times have been over an hour.

Also, the phlebotomists were excellent; could barely feel a thing.
