What I liked

the attitude of the staff very positive and professional and they did not treat one as though you were stupid. I liked the small wards and the food was enjoyable. I have to return to have my other knee replaced and feel very happy that I am returning in fact I would not go anywhere else for treatment. In fact I have been to private hospitals for operations and found the west london orthopeodic centre as good or better than they were.

What could be improved

I did think the cleaning was very average as the person who cleaned the ward I was in did not go round the edge of the room at all and I did not see them rinse their mop out at all.
