very disgusted with ward 4 my dearest friend age 90 nearly died due to lack of care. ward nine where her husband was aged 93, exceptional.

i have complained in writing, would never have believed it after the Stafford report, i moved her to Wythenshawe after trying to rebuild her at home and was horrified to find out how poorly she was due to lack of food, liquids etc.

Ward 9 please teach them how to deal with the elderly.
