"CAHMS lack of care and support"

My daughter suffers with depression and has ASD. She took her first overdose at the age of 12, then 13 and more recently 11 days ago. CAHMS have repeatedly let her down, not offered her support and in my opinion she has a horrible Psychiatrist who just thinks medication is the answer. Her school have phoned up to ask for support, to have their call ignored. I was then told it was not CAHMS fault, the school should have chased the call up.
Her Psychiatrist has commented on her fascination with 'suicide' and just says it is part of her ASD. Everything is either anxiety or ASD according to her. However, her CAHMS support worker has said ' we have never quite managed to get her on a even keel have we'. This is in two years.
She was admitted to PAU for 10 days the other week following her most recent overdose. The ERA team assessed her, and the Psychiatrist said she would work with her daily to bring her up, give her new meds to help her sleep and get her a place in a ward. 10 days later none of this had happened. She was referred for a tier 4 bed but was not given an informed choice about her options and was left in a bay on PAU with noisy babies 24/7. How is this going to help a 14 year old in distress?
A team leader from ERA said they would come and talk to her after I complained about the lack of communication etc. She didn't turn up the next day. In fact she never even spoke to my daughter. In the end, we requested reassessment for treatment under the Home treatment team as this was the only way to get her out of this situation.
