"Overall good service at Grantham"

The overall service is very good. However they have changed what goes on in reception.

You used to be able to drop in and have a coffee and listen to some music or watch a bit of TV. This helped me stop feeling low and bored, but they have said we can't do this any more which has upset a lot of people.

My key worker Ann is really good, but all the paperwork we have to do now is ridiculous.

Thank you so much for raising this issue and it's marvellous that you appreciate our service despite changes in the reception area. I understand how sitting in our waiting area helped you with low mood and boredom, but there have been some health and safety issues around the number of people sitting in this small area, hence the recent changes.
