What I liked

Some of the nurses in the Minor A&E tried real hard to help me and the Gynocologist who finally did check up was understanding and helpful.

What could be improved

I was made to wait for 2 hours, without consideration that at that time I was 16 weeks pregnant and came with back and lower abdomen pain, after must request they gave me a room to wait in A&E where I saw blood stain marks on the floor of the A&E room I was given, the bed linen was extreemly dirty. am now looking to get transfered to a different hospital for my delivery becuase I am so scared of the hygine in this hospital.

Things to improove:

Cleaniness definately needs to be improoved.

Condideration for patients by the staff - atleast according to the patient's condition.
