I came to A and E with chest pains and was treated with huge respect despite feeling a fraud and time waster. I was very frightened and after a bad experience with GPs some years ago I rarely bother my Dr so had many fears. The care and attention and support was amazing and I want to thank all the staff and ambulance men and especially the consultant who was very kind and reassuring and even suggested ways to manage the pain which I have followed. I was given a thorough check over which put my mind at ease hugely and has given me a new lease of life. It really has restored my faith in the NHS and Please thank all the staff for the wonderful work they do and for not making me feel like a fusspot. Thank you so much.
