I took my 2 yr old to the childrens ward she had v v high fever wasnt v alert i got discharged with tonsilites n giving anti bs for her she didnt have tonsilitus at all as 2 gps another doc all looked in her mouth but 4th doc to look in there just fobbed me off i took my daufhter bak to gp n he agreed it wasnt tonsilitus plus her pee sampe wasnt even sent off as no record cud be found jus bang out of order n iv even rang to complian has neone called me back nope

Unfortunately this website does not share your contact details with us, so please do contact us direct to discuss this further. Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is there to provide advice and support. The PALS office is located near the main entrance at the Princess Royal Hospital. It is normally open Mon-Thu 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4.30pm. You can also contact them by telephone on 01952 282888, and there is an answerphone to take messages outside opening hours. Please note that PALS staff may be busy with other patients or relatives when you call, so please accept our apologies if they are not available immediately to take your call.
