I had to have some blood taken this morning at Crawley Hospital. Parking is always a problem so I had to park miles away & run in the rain to have this done. By the time I arrived at the hospital I was in quite an irritable mood. Added to that I had to wait close to an hour to be seen.

But the nurse was amazing. She found a vein with no problem when I always have problems with this. She chatted to me very comfortably & politely & made me feel very comfortable. It's not often that I can really say something fantastic about hospital staff - but she truly was amazing.

Thank you for telling us that you had such a good experience of our care: despite the trying circumstance of the parking and the rain. Our staff are our greatest asset. It’s great she did such a good job.
