What could be improved
Hospital cleanliness, the floors were filthy and spillages (including body fluids) often left.
Training and assessment for staff in the administration of blood and other intravenous fluids and therapies.
Training for the staff in delivering basic care.
Patients need to be treated with dignity and respect.
