What I liked

I had an upper GI endoscopy investigation and have nothing but praise for the way the Consultant and his team have organised the Endoscopy Unit. The staff, who worked as a team, were kind,caring, and cheerful, the dept. was well-equipped and clean and the experience which I had not been looking forward to was trouble free.I can only speak as I find. I did not answer the question above re pain control which did not apply to me.

What could be improved

Take away the TV in the Reception area. Very annoying.
