Found the staff very friendly and very professional.

I have two areas which I believe could be easily improved and at the same time save a lot of money.

1] The duplication of answering the same questions over and over again is ridiculous.From pre assessment meeting to actual operation must be in the region of at least 4/5 times.Why not countersign the same paperwork when it passes between different individuals? Also the amount of paperwork not even written on the bedside notes is unbelievable.

2] Having to wait in the region of three hours to get some drops from your pharmacy department before I could leave the hospital is stressful and ridiculous.

Told delay due to all the cross checking that goes on.I can usually get a urgent prescription from my chemist in under 15 minutes with just the counter staff passing it to the pharmacist.
