What I liked

My 9 year old daughter was treated for an infected facial cyst under the care of the consultant at the end of May this year. From the moment she was seen as an out patient to an inpatient on Hascome ward she, and myself were treated exceptionally well. We were met with fiendly, professional and helpful people across the board from dometics, pharmacy, nurses, doctors (including the theatre/anaesthetic staff). I work as a senior nurse at a different hospital so I feel very strongly that I have to commend you all on the way we were treated, as sadly, these days it is often only the bad news we get to hear.
