"appalling attitude towards patients"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

Anything else?

Every time I have ever visited or used the services in this hospital, I have been astounded by how terrible the attitude of staff is towards patients- at all levels- from consultants, to nurses and even to the hospital pharmacy dispensary staff. This kind of generally poor ethos can only eminate from the very top. It appears that patients are little more than an incovenience and should either "put up or shut up". I am no longer willing to attend this hospital and now ask my GP to refer me elsewhere.

There is such a lack of care an attention and the arrogance of staff means that they never listen to patients. How can you diagnose correctly, if you do not hear the symptoms. Thank God I have gone elsewhere!
