I waited for 5 months for CBT, had the first appointment cancelled by text which said I had to ring a number to confirm a new appointment time, spent 3 days trying to ring the number only to finally be told I had not had to ring to confirm, tried to ring PALS who said they did not take feedback about IAPT services and finally, after I had finished the CBT sessions I noticed that my therapist had looked at my Linkd In social media web page.
