Why do they never return call!

Telephoned today as have really bad cramps in calf spoke to dept transferred to wrong dept . A very nice lady assured me she would get back to me . But for the fifth time during surgery appointments district nurse ,physio, etc did not . Just spent £50 on an osteopath who has sorted out exercises to sort it out and assured me it is not DVT thank goodness. What a shame that you can never get after care help after reaching a certain point in recovery it is only 10 weeks post op.

Op went well and clean and many lovely nurses ,but this is a problem.
