I visited the new dermatology department for a mole removal. The process of seeing the consultant and then the surgeon for the removal was smooth and surprisingly fast (less than 2 hours for the whole thing) and all the staff were very friendly and put me at ease, while being thoroughly professional. My results were sent to me within the agreed time-scale, overall I was very satisfied with the service :)
