What I liked

I don't really know as I haven't been able to make an appointment to find out.

What could be improved

I waited ten minutes to be put through to the x-ray dept and when I did they cut me off. I rang the general switchboard again to be told that x-ray dept are short staffed today (30/5/08) but I don't really think that is a good enough excuse to cut someone off (twice) when they are trying to make an appointment. I therefore cannot comment on my hospital visit yet as I have yet to get there. As I cannot sit by the phone all day (some of us have to work) I don't know when my appointment will be.
