When I first visited the physio at Newton Hospital, Paul couldn't do anything, only give me some exercises and refer me for acupuncture as the pain was too bad.
After several weeks of acupuncture with Fiona, and medication from my doctor, the pain gradually eased up every week I went.
Both Paul and especially Fiona were lovely people, I am very grateful for the help and patience they showed me when I was in terrible pain.
The whole experience at Newton Hospital was very good. It is a nice place to go (when you have to) and it is a pity they don't have more clinics there, for people who find it difficult to get to St Helens and Whiston.
Thanks to everyone.
