I was very happy with both with the nursing care and also the surgeons and the way I was informed about everything.

I was not happy with bathrooms. one had a bolt

that did not work and I also informed several people that there was no soap for washing hands in one and nobody did anything about it.

I consider this to be very important in the light of trying not to spread infection.

It is great to read the positive comments about the care and communication you recieved, as well as the constructive feedback which we can improve upon. On behalf of the Trust I would like to appologise about the bathroom maintainence and washing facilities, this information will be passed onto our Estates Department.
