After a fall at home I visited A&E on Sataurday 11 May 2013 10am.

We were dealt with at the desk straight away with both professionalism and curtesey and called in for examination within 10 minutes.

I was seen by a sister who examined my injured foot and established an xra was required. I was imediatly called in to have the xra taken upon which I returned to the waiting room.

After another few minutes the same sisiter took me through and explained, with the help of an xra, the exact nature of my injury and what treatment would be necessary. This involved plastering my foot and leg which she proceeded to do imediately.

Whilst all this was happening the sisiter was able to answer all my questions regarding work and a planeed holiday.

Within 1 hour I was back on my way home.

I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations by far and would like to thank the staff at Arrow Park for their excellent care and treatment.
