My elderly father was admitted to the PRUH last week. He is stuck on the EAU. The nursing care is truly appalling. He is weak, vomiting and in constant pain. I was told by the ward sister yesterday that the doctor was too busy seeing sick patients to see him yesterday.

We must all complain to the highest level when our loved ones receive poor care or nothing will change. When I have the strength to do so I will do.
