What I liked

The staff were friendly and put me at ease. They were very informative and told me exactly what they were doing in advance, so I knew what to expect. They were highly professional throughout.

What could be improved

I only experienced the front line care and it is hard to see how they can improve.

The staff are in a better position to comment on the support network that allows them to do such a great job. Please ensure they receive the financial and administritive support they deserve.
