My daughter had surgery for ear correction (ottoplasty ) she is 14 & stayed on peanut ward.

The hospital,staff & surgeon were all excellent & explained the procedure very well .

Staff on peanut ward were very friendly & put her at ease.

She recovered well & is very pleased with the result,her confidence has gone through the roof.

So many thanks to the staff & the surgeon for doing an excellent job,you have made my daughter very happy.

If you are reading this & you or your child are due to have ottoplasty,you are in great hands & the outcome is fantastic.

What could be improved

A pay rise for the hard working & dedicated staff,they deserve more.
