I have had 3 procedures carried out on my back since September 2012. Appointments come through very quickly with waiting times are usually no more than a couple of weeks, maximum.

The staff are among the best I have come across and all are very friendly and attentive.

The hospital itself is incredibly clean and well equipped. The canteen offers fresh food and drinks at very good prices.

Overall, my experience at The Horder Centre has been the best I have ever had, witihin the NHS. This type of service and well organised hospital should be available much more throughout the country.

Apparently there are plans to change this service. I hope that such a good hopsital and excellent service is not ruined.
