The delay which you experienced when attending your appointment is really disappointing for us to hear. We currently have a project in place which is reviewing the organisation of our clinics along with their capacity, as we want to ensure that our clinics are running as efficiently as possible with minimal delay to our patients. However, there will still be emergency situations when our clinicians are called away from clinic or can mean that they are late arriving at clinic, but if this is the case we also need to ensure that such reasons for a delay are very clearly explained to the patients booked for that clinic and that regular updates about the waiting time are provided. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused to you on this occasion and hope that the work which is underway will make the required improvements.
