I broke my leg 7 weeks ago and spent 5 days in the hospital. The staff, at all levels, were excellent. I saw at first hand how incredibly busy they are with many demands on their professional skills (and patience!). My subsequent appointments have been on time and speedy. The staff in orthopaedics have been very friendly and supportive (no pun intended). I was given lots of information about my treatment and how best to recover. The doctor I saw today remembered me and answered all my questions. As a Headteacher in a primary school, I know how difficult it is to work in a public sector that is under pressure and under-funded. I felt I was in good hands. Thank you.
