I have made a number of visits to the Cardiac Suite the most recent being on 8th May. The staff are without exception extremely friendly and reassuring. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming and the facilities provided first class. The introduction of patients having many procedures carried out in normal clothing is a major step forward and and adds to the informal and relaxed atmosphere. Cardiologists and their support staff carry out their work with extreme professionalism and ensure that the patient is aware of what is going on. Having been given a choice, the Cardiac Suite is by far the best of its kind in the Salisbury catchment area

Dear Mr. Beaton Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the care you have received in our Cardiac Suite. We are pleased that you feel well looked after, well informed and reassured when you are with us. The initiative to provide certain treatments without asking patients to change out of their normal clothing was introduced as a result of patient feedback which suggested that this could help to reduce some of the anxiety and stress that people feel when they come into hospital. It is good to hear that this was the case for you. We hope that you are recovering well from your procedure, and thank you again for your feedback.
