What I liked

The fact that at all times I was treated with dignity and courtesy and kept informed every step of the way with my treatment. The best private hospitals in South Africa couldn't match what the staff of St Richard's do in a month of Sundays! It would be a dreadful shame if the powers-that-be down-graded this wonderful hospital in any way.
