Had to attend because when dentist removed tooth, root was left behind. Dentist refered me to hospital, my local hospital, Queens Romford, has a 3month waiting list, went to Royal London, had to be there at 5.30 to join queue, as only about 20 people are seen per day. I was lucky and was seen, people before me who had toothache, were, quite rightly told to go and see a dentist. The doors did not open until 8am, so I had to wait 2 1/2 hours in cold with no seating, I am 63 and not in the best of health, but this is the only way to get fast treatment. When I was seen by the dentist, I was treated with the utmost courtesy, the root was surgically removed and my wound stitched up. I cannot praise the staff enough, and this includes the reception staff. The wait in the cold was a pain, but well worth while to get the treatment completed and I am now free from pain.
