Hi.

I sincerely wish to pass onto the relevant people how impressed my son and I were following a visit to the children's A&E department at St. Peter's Hospital yesterday morning. Given the time of day, ‘early morning’ and with shift handover taking place our case was still handled in a prompt and professional manner leaving us reassured as to the level of care.

All staff were helpful, informative, and straight onto a resolution to the problem. They are all a credit to what the trust strives for, so well done.
